LISA PHELAN DESIGN

Arco has two restaurants in Melbourne, each offering modern Australian cuisine, located in outer urban business centres. Each purpose-built building is situated by a lake with indoor and outdoor seating, offering cafe, bar and restaurant facilities. The ensuing branding needed to be contemporary, minimal and fresh, portraying the style of the restaurants and their food. Red and taupe were paired using an arc graphic, referencing both the name and the lake seen from the balconies. Promotional postcards, newspaper advertising, signage, stationery and flyers were produced to entice corporate and local customers.
