PACIFIC ACCESS

In the late 1990's the management of the White Pages and Yellow Pages directories was outsourced to Pacific Access, a subsidiary of Telstra. Their human resource department therefore required an array of new communication material to support these new business operations. LPD was commissioned to developed a comprehensive range of printed collateral for managers and staff, including manuals, guides, performance checklists and handbooks. The style was based on the established Pacific Access arrow graphic.
