Topwheel was a human resources management consultancy, specialising in organisational change. The name and identity payed tribute to an 'Action Learning Wheel' methodology diagram that summarised the learning process needed to achieve better business culture. The ensuing communication used an abstracted 'wheel' icon and references to collaborative team work in the white board graphics. Stationery, signage and newsletters were produced along with an identity for 'Medonline', their medical supplies arm of the business.
